ALLFAT beef tallow is naturally rendered from 100% grass-fed and finished BC beef suet. All Natural I No Preservatives | Halal No Added Hormones or Antibiotics EVER. Tallow has been used for centuries in everything from skincare to cooking, high in healthy saturated fats, omega 3s, stearic acid, and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) than regular tallow. It also provides other fat-soluble nutrients like: Vitamins A, D, E, K2, B12, and choline. The BC farm employs farming techniques to pasture raise a small hearty breed of cattle. The cows have access to seasonal pasture.
Tallow is used for roasting and frying. You could use tallow for baking if you want to impart beef notes or earthiness into the baked good. ( A beef pot pie with tallow crust- so much yes!)
