What is the average shipping time for a CMXtreme Grill?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Due to the weight and size of our premium grills, standard freight delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
Do CMXtreme Grills come with a warranty?
Yes, every grill is backed by our Xtreme Protection Warranty, which covers the stainless steel body for 10 years and electrical components for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy for large outdoor appliances?
We offer a 30-day return window. The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that return freight shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Are your grills compatible with both Natural Gas and Propane?
Our grills are specifically jetted for either Liquid Propane or Natural Gas. Please ensure you select the correct fuel type at checkout, as conversion kits are sold separately and require professional installation.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your grill leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the freight carrier's portal. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
